摘    要:采用5×4不完全双列杂交设计,估算了9个甘蔗亲本无性系的5个主要经济性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力。方差分析表明,除父本株高外,5个性状的一般配合力达差异显著水准,特殊配合力只有株高和锤度两性状差异达显著水准。根据性状的平均表现、一般配合力效应、特殊配合力效应和均方,评价了亲本无性系有关性状的遗传特点及其在甘蔗杂交育种上的应用。CP28—11作为母本能把其高糖特性传递给后代,崖71-374是最理想的父本,其杂种后代表现高糖高产。F_1代群体表现较好的组合有:选15×崖71-374,Co997×崖71-374和 CP28-11×崖73—512。

Abstract:General and specific combining ability for five main economic charac- ters of nine parental clones of sugarcane were estimated in a 5×4 incomp- lete diallel design.The results showed that general combining ability(gca) was significant for five characters except gca of the male parents for plant height;specific combining ability(sca)was significant only for plant height and brix.The heredity for the characters in question of the parental clones and the use value of the parental clones in sugarcane cross breeding were evaluated on the basis of their average performance,gca and sea effects, and sea mean square.The analysis suggested that CP28-11 was a better female clone to transfer high sucrose to it's progenies,Ya71-374 was the most desirable male clone for it's progenies having high sucrose content and high yield.According to the performance of F_1 population,the better crosses were Xuan15×Ya71-374,Co997×Ya71-374 and CP28-11×Ya73-512.
