水稻对稻瘟病抗性的遗传研究——福建主要籼稻抗源的基因分析

摘    要: 本文研究了5个水稻抗瘟品种对稻瘟病稳定菌系81090A或81278的抗性遗传。结果表明,在以感病品种矮脚南特或竹广22号为杂交亲本之一的情况下,对81090A菌系的抗性,谷龙13、双抗77021受2对显性重复基因控制,双抗77005受1对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因控制;梧农1号受2或3对显性重复基因控制;双抗77003受1或2对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因控制。对81278菌系的抗性,梧农1号、双抗77003由1对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因支配;谷龙13由1对显性基因,或1对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因支配;双抗77021由1对显性上位基因和1对隐性基因,或2对显性重复基因支配。谷龙13与双抗77021对81090A菌系的反应,似为同质抗性;谷龙13与双抗77003对81278菌系的反应为异质抗性。可采用回交或其它杂交方式将这些抗病基因导入高产品种和杂交水稻三系中,在杂交组合的选趣上,应注意抗源亲本及其它亲本的选择。

Abstract:Five blast resistant rice cultivars were investigated by inoculating the virulent pathogenic strains, 81090A(ZA1) or 81278 (ZB15)of Pyricularia oryzae Cav. to determine their modes of inheritance.
The performances of F1, F2, F3, andBC1 generations revealed that under the condition of crossing with the susceptible donors, Aijiaonante or Zhuguang No. 2, for 81090A, the resistance of Gulong No.13, Shuangkang No.77021 were controlled by two pairs of duplicate dominant genes, Shuangkang No.77005 was regulated jointly by a pair of epistatic dominant and a pair of recessive genes, Wunong No.1 was executed by two or three pairs of duplicate dominant genes and Shuangkang No.77003 was controlled jointly by one or two pairs of epistatic dominant genes and a pair of recessive genes. For 81278 resistance, there were a pair of epistatic dominant and a pair of recessive gene in Wunong No.1 and Shuangkang No.77003. A pair of dominant genes or a pair of epistatic dominant and a pair of recessive genes in Gulong No. 13. A pair of epistatic dominant and a pair of recessive genes or two pairs of overlapped dominant genes in Shuangkang No. 77021.
Gulong No. 13 and Shuangkang No.77021 possessed one or two pairs of identical dominant alleles resistant to 81090A, that might be homogenous. Gu long No. 13 and Shuangkang No. 77003 were heterozygous, and they possessed non-alleles resistant to 81278.
The problems of incorporating resistant genes into cultivars and hybrid rice varieties that were susceptible to blast disease were discussed.
