摘    要:[目的]研究多个因素对豇豆产量及品质的影响。[方法]运用五因子二次正交通用旋转组合设计,研究氮肥、丰产素、萘乙酸与防落素以及密度相配合对豇豆产量和品质的影响。[结果]这5个因素均明显影响豇豆的产量;氮素、丰产素、萘乙酸和防落素对豇豆维生素C含量和粗纤维含量有明显影响;氮素、萘乙酸以及丰产素则明显影响豇豆粗蛋白质含量;氮肥、丰产素和防落素则是影响还原糖含量的主要因素。各因素之间的交互作用非常复杂。通过综合选优后,获得高产优质的栽培方案为:纯氮16.5 g/m2,丰产素225.0 mg/L,萘乙酸17.4 mg/L,防落素5.9 mg/L,密度10.44株/m2。[结论]该研究为制定豇豆高产优质高效的模式化栽培方案提供了理论依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to study the influences of multiple factors on cowpea yield and quality.[Method] The influence of 5-factor matching of nitrogen(N) fertilizer,plant growth regulator FCH,NAA and PCPA,density on cowpea yield and quality was studied by 5-factor and twice orthogonal revolving combination design.[Result] The influence of 5 factors on cowpea yield was significant.The influences of N,FCH,NAA and PCPA on Vc content and crude fiber content in cowpea were significant.N,NAA and FCH influenced crude protein content of cowpea significantly and N,FCH and PCPA were the major factors influenced reducing sugar content.The interaction among 5 factors was very complex.The cultivation scheme with high yield and quality got through comprehensive optimization was as follows: pure N of 16.5 g/m2,FCH of 225.0 mg/L,NAA of 17.4 mg/L,PCPA of 5.9 mg/L and density of 10.44 plants/m2.[Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis to establish modeled cultivation scheme with high quality,yield and efficiency of cowpea.
