甘肃省天然林资源保护工程效益评价

利用主成分分析法,对甘肃省65个县区天然林资源保护工程的效益进行了综合分析。结果表明,对甘肃省天然林资源保护工程效益影响较大的指标主要有:人工林面积、人工林蓄积、有林地面积、自然生产力和林业系统生产力指数。天然林资源保护工程效益最佳的是庆阳和平凉两地区,最差的是兰州地区。综合评价结果较准确地反映了甘肃省各县区天然林资源保护工程效益的大小,将为政府和林业部门制定相关法规和政策提供重要的理论依据。

Benefit evaluations on natural forest reserves protection project in Gansu province

In this paper, based on main factor analysis, benefits on natural forest reservesprotection project of Gansu province were comprehensively analyzed. Indexes that influencebenefits of Gansu natural forest reserves protection project were mainly artificial forest acreage, artificial forest accumulation, forest land acreage, natural productivity and coefficient of forestsystem productivity. From the point of benefits in natural forest reserves protection project, the best region is Qingyang and the worst is Lanzhou. Differences on benefits of natural forestreserves protection project of Gansu province were reflected and important theory basis for the government and forest departments to make regulation and laws were provided.
