摘    要:采用高通量扩增子测序法对秦巴山区镇巴、宁强和城固三地典型茶园茶树根际细菌多样性和茶树根际微环境进行分析.茶树根际细菌多样性研究结果表明,采样地样品中所有土壤茶树根际细菌分布在41个门(其中13个门相对丰度大于1%)、1288个属(其中33个属相对丰度大于1%).镇巴采样地2年生茶树根际细菌数量最少,多样性最差.茶树根际...

Abstract:Rhizosphere bacteria diversity and rhizosphere microenvironment of tea plants in Zhenba,Ningqiang,and Chenggu in Qinba Mountain area were analyzed by high throughput amplino sequencing method.The results of bacteria diversity in the rhizosphere of tea plant showed that,the bacteria in the samples were distributed in 41 phyla(13 phyla with relative abundance ratio greater than 1%)and 1288 genera(33 genera with relative abundance ratio greater than 1%)were found.The number and diversity of rhizosphere bacteria of two years old tea plants in the sampling area of Zhenba were the least and the worst.The results of rhizosphere microenvironment of tea plants showed that the nutrients in the soil of all sampling sites could meet the growth demand of tea plants,but a small amount of organic carbon supplement was needed in the Chenggu solid sampling sites;The soil pH values in the three sampling sites ranged from 4.5 to 5.5,and soil water content showed different trends.The results of correlation analysis between rhizosphere bacterial diversity and rhizosphere microenvironment showed that the main environmental factors affecting rhizosphere bacterial diversity were soil organic carbon,organic nitrogen and hydrolytic nitrogen.
