V型杂交小麦制种技术研究

摘    要:对6个V型小麦不育系和两个恢复系进行了杂种小麦制种试验。初步研究了不同不育系的制种产量、柱头生活力延续时间、花期相遇情况、行比及人工辅助授粉方式等问题。结果表明,一些优良组合制种产量可达3000~4500kg/hm~2以上;母本群体柱头生活力可延续15d左右,大约可分为初、盛、后、末4个阶段;父本盛花期相遇于母本盛花后期较好;父母本行比以1:2(6行:12行)最佳;人工辅助授粉对花期相遇不好的组合有明显提高结实率的作用。

Abstract:Six V-type of CMS lines and two R lines were to carry out experiments of hybrid wheat reproductions. The yields of hybrid wheat seed reproduction of various sterile lines,sustainable duration of stigma viabilities,the mating conditions of flowerihg stages,ratios between rows and artificial assistance pollinations were also studied. The results indicated that the yields of hybrid wheat reproduction of some fine combination reached over 3000-4500 kg/hm2. The stigma viabilities of maternal plant population could last 15 days,being divided into four stages such as the initial flowering stage,full lowering stage,late flowering and the ending flowering stage. The meeting of full flow-ering stage of father plants with that of maternal plants was much better. The best row ratio beween maternal and father plants was 1 : 2(6 rows : 12 rows). Also,pollination by artificial assistance has the obvious effects upon the improvement of fruit bearing percentage of poor meeting of maternal and rather plants by artificial assistance pollination.
