| 摘 要： | 从2个角度分析了海南省公共服务的供给现状，着重从农村基础设施、基础教育、社会保障、公共卫生和公共文化服务5个方面分析农村公共服务供给情况，最后提出要建立以解决农民实际需求为方向，以城乡一体化为支撑的新常态下农村公共服务供给模式。

| Abstract: | The supply of public services in Hainan was analyzed from two perspectives, focusing on rural public service supply in rural infrastructure, basic education, social security, public health and public cultural services. An establishment of a rural public service supply model under the new normal was proposed to solve the actual needs of farmers and support the integration of the urban and rural areas. |
