城乡一体化进程中新型农村社区建设问题的实证研究

互联网不仅为大学生思想融通和碰撞创造了契机，还为“互联网+”语境下思想政治教育话语场域的更新和发展奠定了坚实的基础。然而，当前高校思想政治教育话语体系对现代话语权的把控力度较弱，话语内容缺乏与时俱进，话语交往方式对师生良性互动关系构建的推动力有限，导致大学生思想教育活动无法精准有效展开。高校应从话语内容、对话模式、话语环境三方面着手加强对思想政治教育话语体系的构建研究，探索蕴“地气”“人气”“底气”为一体的话语新体系，最终提升思想政治教育的信度和效度。

Innovation Strategy for Discourse System of Ideological and Political Education in Universities under the Internet Plus Background

The Internet not only creates many opportunities for idea exchange and collision among college students, but also lays a solid foundation for the renewal and development of discourse field of college ideological and political education under the Internet Plus background. However, current discourse system of college ideological and political education has a loose control over modern discourse power, discourse content does not keep pace with times, and discourse pattern cannot effectively promote the positive interaction between teachers and students. All these problems lead to the situation that ideological education for college students cannot be carried out in an accurate and effective way. Therefore, colleges should reinforce efforts to study the construction of discourse system of ideological and political education from three aspects, that is, discourse content, discourse mode and discourse environment, and to explore a new discourse system that is down to earth and popular among common people and stand up to scrutiny in order to further improve the reliability and validity of ideological and political education.
