锯链链轴材料及其热处理工艺研究

摘    要:研究了锯链链轴材料及其热处理工艺.结果表明,用GCr15材料制作的链轴性能优于20CrMnMo材料制作的链轴,并为GCr15链轴制订了合适的热处理工艺.经测定,GCr15链轴通过调质、高频淬火和低温回火后装配成的锯链,其性能达到了国际先进水平.

Abstract:Material and heat treatment process of chain pin were researched.The results showed that mechanical property of GCr15 chain pin were better than 20CrMnMo chain pin.A feasible heat treatment process of chain pin were determined in this paper.After quench tempering,case hardening,and tempering of GCr15 chain pin,the property of chain which was assembly by those GCr15 chain pin achieved high level in the world.
