| 摘 要： | 讨论了我国农村房地产市场需求的现实性,阐明了发展农村房地产市场在加快农村城镇化、实现农业产业化、建设全面小康社会和社会主义新农村中的重要作用。我国农村房地产市场的特殊性,决定了发展农村房地产市场的路径依赖：加快农村土地流转制度建设;完善农村金融市场体系;加强对农村房地产市场的宏观调控和管理。

| Abstract: | The reality of rural real estate market demand was discussed.The importance of speeding up the urbanization in rural areas,the industrialization of agriculture,and the building of a comprehensive well-off society was elaborated.The unique of the rural real estate market decided the path-dependence: Speeding up the construction of rural land transfer system,improving the rural financial market system and strengthening the macro-control and management. |
