唐竹秆枝纤维形态特征的研究

摘    要:以唐竹为对象,采用显微图像分析方法,对唐竹4个不同部位的纤维形态特征进行了研究。结果表明,1.5m处秆的纤维长、直径和腔径依次是910.939、12.872μm和2.233μm;梢部的秆的纤维长、直径和腔径依次是915.870、12.182μm和2.148μm;梢部的枝的纤维长、直径和腔径依次是993.414、11.561μm和1.969μm。差异分析表明,除纤维长度在最下活枝与1.5m处秆,以及纤维长度、宽度在最下活枝与梢部枝间显著外,其余两者间差异均不显著。除最下活枝外,唐竹其余部位纤维都适合做造纸原料。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to provide scientific basis for the better and comprehensive utilization of the dwarf bamboo. Sinobambusa tootsik was chosen as the research object,its fiber morphological characteristics at four different parts were examined with microscopic image analysis method.The results revealed that for the stem at 1.5 meters height,three indices of the fiber length,diameter and cavity diameter were 910.939,12.872 and 2.233 μm,respectively;for the stem at top,three indices were 915.870, 12.182 ,and 2.148 μm,respectively;they were 993.414,11.561,and 1.969 μm,respectively for the living branch at top.Difference analysis indicated that except for the fiber length between the lowest living branch and the stem at 1.5-meter height,and the fiber length and diameter between the lowest living branch and the living branch at top were not significant.It was concluded that the fiber in the rest of S.tootsik was suitable for paper making except for the lowest living branch.
