学分制与高校德育的创新

摘    要:学分制对高校德育既是挑战,也是机遇,它不仅从客观上提出了德育观念变革、育人机制创新、教育途径和方法改革、教师评价体系完善的客观要求,而且也以其选课制、导师制、弹性学制为德育创新提供了机遇和条件。这一创新将从根本上确立其‘学生为本”的观念,从而有利于提高德育的针对性和实效性。

Abstract:The credit system is a challenge to college''s moral education, and an opportunity too. It''sputs forward objectively the improvement of moral idea, innovation of mechanism of educating people, reform of educational way and method, perfection of teacher''s appraise system, and it offers opportunity and terms for innovating in moral education by selecting the lesson, tutorial system, elastic length of schooling. Only this innovation on "student originally "will help and improve pertinence and substantial results of college''s moral education.
