农村土地使用权流转中的合同问题研究

近年来农村出现的农户承包土地使用权流转，有助于发挥土地资源效益和农民增收。土地使用权流转是一种法律行为，当事人双方应当依法签订书而合同。由于多种原因，目前在土地流转合同方而还存在一些不容忽视的问题。研究解决这些问题，对促进土地使用权流转健康发展，更好地保护合同当事人特别是农民的合法权益具有积极意义。

Research on the Contract about the Land Usage Right Circulation in Rural Area
