| 摘 要： | 高等学校思想政治教育工作在构建社会主义和谐社会中作用显著，任务繁重。主要体现在加强思想理论建设，构建“和谐”的理论体系；加强宣传工作，营造“和谐”的舆论氛围；加强思想道德建设，形成“和谐”精神追求；强化精神激励功能，激发“和谐”的创造活力和加强维护稳定机制建设，夯实“和谐”的制度基础等方面。

| Abstract: | As a strenuous and long-term task for the administrators in colleges and universities, Political ideological education does play a very important role in constructing a society of harmony. This paper discusses how to reinforce and propagate the theoretical system, to create a harmonious atmosphere, to enhance ideological and moral construction, to maintain an efficient mechanism and to consolidate a set of corresponding laws and regulations. |
