| Abstract: | Through drawing lessons from the legislation of the new and high technology in developed countries, this article discusses the importance, urgency and reality of the legislation that our country strengthens the new and high technology zone after entering the WTO .It is of theoretical and practical significance for the development of high and new technology zone in our country. |
