| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济的深入发展，农村劳动力结构性过剩的问题显得愈发突出，如何实现农村劳动力合理有序的流动，是关系到我国改革与发展的重大问题。本文从影响劳动力流动的因素和制度障碍出发，提出了解决劳动力流动的管理制度创新和政策建议。

| Abstract: | As the deepening of Chinese market economy, the issue of structural surplus in rural labor force has become standing out. It is a significant matter interrelated with the policy of opening and developing in China - how to achieve the goal of well - ordered exodus in rural labor force. By studying over the influencing factors of labor force exodus and its system barriers, this paper advances the innovation of labor force exodus''s management system and its prepositional policies. |
