犬细小病毒病的组织病理学观察

采用病理解剖、冰冻切片、HE染色法,对实验室确诊为犬细小病毒病的幼犬的小肠、大肠、肠系膜淋巴结、心、肝、肺、脾等进行组织学观察,结果表明:该病的主要发病部位在肠道和心脏,病犬肠道各段黏膜上皮细胞均坏死、脱落,固有膜暴露。肠腺上皮细胞也有程度不同的坏死、脱落。心肌细胞变细、变长,局部断裂、崩解,间质水肿,心肌毛细血管扩张、充血。脾脏和淋巴结中淋巴细胞数量减少。其他各器官都有不同程度的充血、出血以及炎性细胞侵润。

Pathological Observation of Canine parvovirus Disease

The materials including small intestines,large intestines,heart,lymph node,spleen,lungs,liver,kidneys,etc.obtained from a baby dog that were diagnosed to be canine parvovirus in the lab,were studied by freezing section and HE staining.The results showed: Each parts of intestines mucosa epithelium cell necrotized,shed off and inherent membrane exposed;Intestinal gland epithellial cell necrotized,shed off.The heart muscle cells became thinner and longer and broke down partly,and with interstitial edema.The capillary between heart cells expanded seriously and congested.The numbers of lymphocyte in spleen and lymph node decreased.The other organs appeared hyperemia ,hemorrhage and inflammatory cells soaking.
