透射电镜样品制备技术改良研究

摘    要:透射电镜样品制备技术改良研究结果表明,通过延长锇酸固定时间和包埋剂梯度渗透时间,避免了细胞器的降解,有利于细胞组织保存和超微结构的观察,并且减少了包埋块切割过程中的破损现象和刻痕,提高了切割质量,此方法能提高生物样品制备质量。

Abstract:The study results of improvement of preparation technolygies of TEM sample showed that extending the time of osmium tetroxide fixed and embedding medium gradient penetration were conducive to degradation of organelle,beneficial to tissue preservation and ultrastructure observation,and could reduce breakage and nicks of embedding block,improve cut quality.This method could improve the quality of the preparation of biological samples.
