云南植物根结线虫种类调查与鉴定

摘    要: 1986年以来,从云南省的昆明市及10个地区(州)约30个县(市)的60种(或品种)作物上采集到150个根结线虫种群,根据形态特征与鉴别寄主反应试验,对141个种群进行了种与寄主小种的鉴定,绝大多数为4种常见根结线虫,优势种为南方根结线虫,其余依次为爪哇根结线虫,北方根结线虫和花生根结线虫,南方根结线虫中,优势小种为1号小种,其次为2号小种和3号小种,未发现4号小种。花生根结线虫中,鉴定出2号小种,未发现1号小种。

Abstract:Since 1986, 150 populations of root-knot nematodes on about 60 plants were collected from Kunming and about 30 counties of 10 prefectures of Yunnan Province. Based on the study of mainly morphological characters of nematodes and differential host tests, 141 populations were identified. The result shows that these populations are almost the four most common species of root-knot nematodes. Meloidogyne incognita is the dominant species and followed by M. javanica, M. hapla and M. arenaria successively. Among populations of M. incognita, the dominant race is Racel and followed by Race 2 and Race 3; but Race 4 is not discovered. There is Race 2 in identified M. arenaria; but Race 1 is not discovered.
