我国水稻抗白叶枯病基因的利用及策略

摘    要:近年因开展遗传育种与植物病理等多学科协作,我国常规稻品种对白叶枯病的抗性水平有较大提高。但是,利用的抗性基因单一,大面积种植和新育成的抗病籼稻品种(系)所利用的抗病基因,几乎都是Xa-4。该基因系小种专化抗性,不抗我国广东、福建等省的第Ⅴ型。该病原型近年在广东的出现频率上升,分布范围扩大,应引起注意。我国大面积种植的杂交稻组合的抗性不佳。本文分析了杂交稻改良抗性的特点,提出合理搭配和更新品种,拓宽

Abstract:In recent years, the resistant level of rice conventional cultivars to bacterial blight has increased in China. Resistance genes, however, are used very simplex. The gene of cultivars planted in large areas and of new ones bred is almost Xa -4 which is of race specific resistance and is susceptible to the pathotype V distributing in South China of Guangdong and Fujian Provinces. The frequency and distribution range of pathotype V are increasing in Guangdong Province recently. It is necessery to be paid attention in the future.The resistance of hybrid rice combination planted in large areas to bacterial blight is not good enough in China. The characters of resistance improvement in hybrid rice are analyzed in the paper. Strategy of rational arrangement and replacement of cultivars, widening utilization of resistance genes and exploring new resistance resources are sug-gesed.
