中国棉铃虫属两个近缘种的RAPD分析

摘    要:本文利用RAPD分子标记技术分析了棉铃虫和烟青虫这两个近缘种的DNA多态性,发现同种不同虫态间主带基本无差异;而同一虫态不同种间差异明显,共选用了18个引物,17个引物可检出多态性。为近缘种的鉴定提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:In this study different stages of Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner) and H. assulta(Guenee)were compared by using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD )method. The results indicated that there were almost no differences among the different stages of same species, whereas those in same stage of different species were evidently different. Eighteen primers were used, most of which were poly-morphic, Consequently, it is an available method newly provided by the authors for the distinction of sib-ling species of Helicoverpa.
