摘    要:目的]对木薯芽器官发生的影响因素进行优化研究,建立了一个高效的植株再生体系。方法]以木薯成熟胚状体的子叶为外植体,对木薯芽器官发生及植株再生的影响因素(基因型、AgNO3、外植体类型和碳源)进行优化研究。结果]成熟培养14d的"华南8号"胚状体子叶为最佳外植体,诱导不定芽发生的最佳培养基为MS+0.5mg/LCuSO4+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LIBA+6mg/LAgNO3,以麦芽糖代替蔗糖或葡萄糖作碳源可大大提高木薯不定芽发生率和植株再生率。结论]该研究建立了高效的木薯植株再生体系,为培育高淀粉含量新品种(品系)奠定了基础。

Influential Factors of Shoot Organogenesis and Plant Regeneration of Cassava(Manihot esculenta Crantz)

Abstract:Objective]The high effective shoot organogenesis and plant regeneration system were obtained by analyzing the different effects.Method]With cassava cotyledon embryos as the explants and MS as the basic medium,the effects of different factors were studied.Result]The adventitious buds induced rate of 'SC 8' was the highest.The optimum mature days of the cotyledon was 14 d.The best adventitious buds induction medium was MS +0.5 mg/L CuSO4+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA+6 mg/L AgNO3.Highly efficient induced rate of adventitious buds and plant regeneration were achieved using maltose instead of sucrose.Conclusion]This study established the efficient regeneration system of cassava.
