| 摘 要： | 试验选用 2 1日龄雄性东北大白鹅 2 7只 ,随机分成 3组 :对照组 ,大豆黄酮 (Da)组和半胱胺 (Cs)组。在第 9周龄时 ,每组随机取 3只 ,装置临时性翅静脉血管插管 ,并于第 6 4,6 6 ,6 8日龄间隔一定时间 ,每天采集血样 4次 ,采用放射免疫法测定血液中胰岛素和胰高血糖素含量。结果表明 ,大豆黄酮组及半胱胺组外周血液中胰岛素含量较对照组分别升高 5 .0 % (P <0 .0 1)和6 .3% (P <0 .0 1) ;胰高血糖素分别升高 13.3% P <0 .0 1)和 18.8% (P <0 .0 1)。提示大豆黄酮及半胱胺可改变机体内某些激素的浓度来影响体内的物质代谢

| Abstract: | Twenty seven Northeast white geese at the age of 21 days were divided randomly into control group,daidzein(Da)group and cysteamine (Cs)group.At the ninth week of age,3 geese from each group were taken randomly,and were fitted with temporary intubatton in the wing vein.The blood samples were collected at the age of 64,66,68 days,respectively,4 times a day at a certain time.The concetrations of insulin and glucagon in the plasma were measured by RIA.The results indicated that in the Da group and Cs group,the insulin concentration increased by 5.0%(P<0 01) and 6.3%(P<0 01),and the glucagon content increased by 13.3%(P<0 01) and 18.8%(P<0 01) respectively,compared with the control group.The results suggested that daidzein and cysteamine may affect the substance metabolism by altering the concentration of some hormones in the body.$$$$ |
