氟硅唑在黄瓜及土壤中的残留动态研究

摘    要:采用液相色谱法测定了氟硅唑在黄瓜和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留。研究结果表明.氟硅唑在黄瓜和土壤中的半衰期在北京和安徽分别为1.9~2.1d和8.5~17.0d。在低施药量(72ga.i./hm2)和高施药量(108ga.i./hm2)施药3或4次条件下,施药3d后氟硅唑在黄瓜中的残留量低于韩国规定的MRL值(0.2mg/kg)。与前期研究相比较可知,氟硅唑剂型的不同并没有影响其在黄瓜及土壤中的消解趋势。

Abstract:The dissipation and terminal residues of Flusilazole in cucumber and soil were determined with HPLC coupled with DAD detector. The results showed that the half-lives of flusilazole in cucumber and soil were 1.9-2.1 days and 8.5- 17.0 days in Beijing and Anhui Province, respectively. The preharvest interval was suggested at three days and the terminal residue in cucumber were below 0.2 mg/kg (MRL in Korea). It could be concluded that different formulation of flusilazole showed same trend of decline, compared with the previous study.
