马铃薯微型薯休眠破除方法的比较

摘    要:以山东省的主栽品种鲁引一号的微型薯为材料,探讨了赤霉素、Rindite、BE三种化学物质对破除马铃薯块茎休眠的效果。结果表明,BE、Rindite、赤霉素都可以显著的缩短休眠期,发芽时间较空白处理保持不变或者上升。BE和Rindite的催芽速度优于赤霉素,BE最高可降低休眠强度18 d,Rindite最高可降低休眠强度26.5 d,赤霉素只能降低8.5 d。

Abstract:In this study,the comparison of three methods for breaking dormancy of potato minitubers were made in Shandong province.The result indicated that BE,Rindite,and gibberellic acid can decrease the dormancy-time significantly,and the sprouting-time keep unchangeable.The sprout promoting effect of BE and Rindite are better than that of gibberellic acid.BE can shorten dormancy-time 18 days;In this experiment,Rindite can decrease dormancy-time 24.5 days;gibberallic acid only can reduced dormancy-time by 8.5 days.
