摘 要: | [目的]解决蔬菜藤茎残留植株菌害及就地堆积造成的病菌蔓延问题。[方法]采用隔氧热解的方式处理蔬菜藤茎,对其液态冷凝液和固体炭化物进行研究。[结果]黄瓜和番茄藤茎的热解冷凝液体产物呈现弱酸性,pH值分别为5.57和4.96,成分中含有较多的有机酸和酚类及多种含氮物质;黄瓜和番茄藤茎的热解炭化固体物中有机元素中含有氮元素,两者的C/N数值分别为23.6和13.0。[结论]果类蔬菜藤茎热解炭化产物作为资源循环资材在温室土壤改良等方面具有一定的应用可能性。

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to deal with the diseases of vegetable coming from disused stems and spreading of pathogen based on the stacking of the stem in the green house.[Method] Vegetable stem was treated by using the methods of oxygen insulation and pyrogenation.Its liquid condensate and solid charcoal were studied.[Result] The liquid condense of tomato and cucumber stems showed acidic characters with organic acids and phenols as main components.The solid charcoal of tomato and cucumber stems contained N element.C/N ratios were 13.0 and 23.6 for tomato stem and cucumber stem.[Conclusion] The pyrolygenation product of disused vegetable stem,as a recycled resource,will have an application advantages in green house soil promotion. |
