| Abstract: | On the basis of discussion of the reason of innovation of China water conservancy calling, the negative effect induced by lack of patent work is analyzed. Harmonious management system for water science innovation and patent protection is established to realize the promotion of water science innovation efficiency and the changeover from traditional water enterprise to sustainable water enterprise using harmonious management ideology and the concept of in essence of people. |
