犬耳痒螨病的诊治及多拉菌素的疗效试验

多拉菌素（Doramectin）是一种新型的阿维菌素类（Avermectins）抗寄生虫药,它可抑制神经冲动在神经肌肉间的传递,使虫体麻痹脱离宿主而死亡.犬耳痒螨病是由犬耳痒螨引起的接触性传染病.临床上表现为耳部奇痒,患犬不时用爪搔抓耳部,常见到皮肤损伤,耳血肿,摇头不安.使用多拉菌素治疗犬耳痒螨病70例,高（0.9 mg/kg BW）、中（0.6 mg/kg BW）、低（0.3mg/kg BW）3个剂量组7 d后有效率分别为80%、75%和60%,14 d后的有效率分别为100%、85%和73%,取得了良好的治疗效果.

Doramectin which can kill parasites is a new ramification of avermectin.Transmitting of nerve impulse among nerve muscles is inhibted by doramectin.Polypides paralysed by doramectin will be away from the host and dead.Dogs otodectes is a kind of contagious disease which caused by Otodectes canis,characterized by itching and scratching of aural region,skin destruction,insane ear and shaking of the head in clinic.70 dogs suffered from otoectes were treated with doramectin in three dosage groups of the high(0.9 mg/kg bw),the middle(0.6 mg/kg bw) and the low(0.3 mg/kg bw),controlled with avermectin and no drug.The results showed good curative effect with doramectin.
