新型苯并噁嗪中间体的合成及其固化行为研究

摘    要:以二苯甲烷二胺、甲醛、2-萘酚为原料,于30℃左右,在碱性条件下混合反应,合成了新型苯并噁嗪中间体(NPBOZ),并对其进行FTIR和^1H—NMR结构表征、元素组成分析、固化行为研究。结果表明,其固化产物具有优良的耐烧蚀性能和热稳定性能。

Abstract:With 2-Naphthol, 4-diamino-diphenylmethane and foraldehyde as material, at the temperature of 30.c, and by mixed alkaline reaction, the precursor of novel benzoxazien is synthesized, and the structure and behavior of the precursor characterized by 1H-NMR, FTIR, element analysis, DSC and TG is studied. The resuit indicates that the curing product has excellent thermal stability and ablation resistance property.
