中性昆虫在转基因稻田生态安全评价体系中的重要性

摘    要:对水稻不同生育期中性昆虫数量、种类以及时序动态进行了分析.结果表明:在MH86CpTI和CK稻田上,中性昆虫消长变化趋于一致,没有显著差异;而中性昆虫与天敌的相关性表现为跟随性,与害虫存在互补性.说明中性昆虫在稻田食物网中有很强的调节作用,是转基因水稻生态安全评价体系的一个重要内容和指标.

Abstract:The arthropod community in pest-resistant transgenic rice(MH86~(CpTI)) and the control variety(CK) in different growing stages was investigated, and the quantity,species and temporal dynamics of the neutral insect were analyzed.The results were as follows: there was no significant difference between population dynamics of neutral insects in two kinds of paddy fields; the relativity with the natural insect obviously showed following relationship,and showed complement relationship with the pest.It suggested that the regulation function of neutral insect was strong in food-web of paddy field during the early rice growing stages,and the neutral insect was one of the important index in ecological safety assessment system of pest-resistant transgenic rice.
