农业物料干燥试验中热风参数的自动调节

摘    要:针对农业物料干燥机理研究的需要,设计研制了一套计算机测控的物料干燥试验装置。该试验装置是一个调温、调湿、调速供风系统,通过对空气的温度、湿度、流速的调节和控制,为模拟多种物料实际干燥工况提供条件,同时在线测量物料的质量和温度,最终确定了最佳干燥工艺及物料传热、传质特性。

Abstract:In order to conduct the experimental study on the mechanism of drying agricultura1 materials, an industrial PC-based unit of experiment apparatus was developed. Hot air temperature, humidity and flow rate can be monitored and adjusted using this system. Through the adjustment and contro1 of temperature, humidity and flow rate of dry medium air, basis and conditions can be provided for simulating different drying conditions for different kinds of drying materials, and weight and temperature of materials can be online measured, so as to confirm the optimum drying technology and the heat and mass transfer characteristics.
