| 摘 要： | 豌豆在遗传研究领域有重要的地位,其营养价值也越来越被人们所重视。随着分子生物学的发展,国外研究者利用分子标记等技术对豌豆基因组进行了比较深入的研究,并定位了多个基因。作者综述了豌豆分子标记的种类及其在豌豆种质资源遗传多样性、遗传图谱构建、基因定位、QTL分析等方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Pea is both a vegetable crop and an field crop,as well as an important object of genetic study for a long time.With the development of molecular biology and the use of molecular markers,there has been great progress in genome study of pea.This article reviews the main aspects of application of molecular markers in pea,including genetic diversity,the construction of genetic map,gene localization and QTL analysis. |
