苹果实生树阶段转变过程中内源多胺含量的动态变化

摘    要:利用高效液相色谱,测定了苹果杂交实生树不同节位叶片和韧皮部中的多胺含量。结果表明:叶片中多胺含量明显高于韧皮部;第81-85节和第116-120节韧皮部中的多胺总量、腐胺含量和亚精胺含量都达到最高值,说明第81-85节和第116-120节是苹果实生树的生理转变点。

Abstract:The endogenous polyamine contents were analyzed both qualitative and quantitative in leaves and phloem from apple hybrid seedling trees Malus domestica borkh (Jonathan x Golden Delicious) by high performance liquid chromatography. The results indicated that the content is higher in leaves than phloem. The highest content of putrescine, spermidine and total polyamines was determind at 80th node and 120th node, respectively. It demonstrated that the 80th and 120th nodes were the points of physiological transition.
