| 摘 要： | 必需养分供应是蔬菜生长乃至品质形成的重要物质基础之一,营养调控在蔬菜品质改善中发挥着重要的作用。本文对蔬菜品质概念及其组成和发展、营养调控与品质关系、营养调控蔬菜品质的主要特点及实现的基本技术途径进行了论述,并对营养调控蔬菜品质研究方面的可能趋势进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Necessary nutrients are one of the most important bases for both growth and quality of vegetables. Nutrient regulation plays an important role on improvement of vegetable quality. This paper discuss upon the conception, composition and development of vegetable quality, the relation between nutrient regulation and vegetable quality, the characteristics of vegetable quality regulated by nutrients and the general technological ways for regulation of vegetable quality by nutrient supply. Possible trend in future on research of the regulation of vegetable quality by nutrient supply also discussed. |
