| Abstract: | The rapid development of new-type rural cooperatives in China has aroused a lot of interests from academic field and relevant government authorities.Some departments have conducted various investigations in rural economic organization including rural cooperative.However,most of existing papers and books about cooperatives focused on supply and marketing cooperatives,not rural cooperatives.So a general review of related literature,ranging from rural cooperatives' nature and feature to principles and institutions,from the development history to its current situation in China was made,which would help those who were interested in the research on rural cooperative. |
