氯化铁催化合成氯乙酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:[目的]以水合氯化铁为催化剂,以正己烷为带水剂,催化合成氯乙酸异戊酯。[方法]研究醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间以及带水剂用量等因素对酯收率的影响。[结果]水合氯化铁对氯乙酸异戊酯的合成有良好的催化活性。最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比1.2∶1.0,带水剂正己烷用量为15ml,催化剂六水三氯化铁1.5g,在78~105℃下反应1.5h,氯乙酸异戊酯的收率达到93.7%。[结论]该研究为水合氯化铁更好地应用于氯乙酸异戊酯的合成提供了科学依据。

Study on Synthesis of Isoamyl Chloroacetate Using Ferric Chloride as Catalyst

Abstract:[Objective]The synthesis of isoamyl chloroacetate using ferric chloride as catalyst was studied.[Method]The influencing factors of synthesis reaction were investigated and the optimal conditions were studied.[Result]The ferric chloride was an excellent catalyst for syn-thesizing isoamyl chloroacetate.The optimum conditions were as follows:molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid was 1.2∶ 1.0,the quantity of catalyst was 1.5 g,the quantity of n-Hexane was 15 ml,the reaction temperature was 78-105 ℃,and the reaction time was 1.5 h.Under the optimum conditions,its yield could reach 93.7% .[Conclusion]The study could provide the scientific basis for ferric chloride better applying in the synthesis of isoamyl chloroacetate.
