摘    要:用巯基棉富集痕量硒的关键是洗脱条件,作者经实验后选出最佳洗脱浓度,10N HCI:10NHNO_3(1∶3)混合洗脱,可使0.01ppm的硒液回收率达到94%以上;并改进了用分光光度计测硒的测定条件,在这个基础上测定了自来水痕量硒。用此方法,仪器简单,利用洗脱酸并可避免干扰离子,对检测环境试样中痕量硒有实用意义。

Abstract:Concentrating trace selenium with thioglycolic acid cotton depends upon washing conditions. A washing solution with 10 N HCl and 10 N HNO_3 (1: 3 mixture) was used in our experiment. The recovery rate of selenium from a 0.01 ppm selenium solution was above 94%. Some conditions for determination of trace selenium with spectrophotometer were modified. Satisfactory results were obtained in determining trace selenium in water samples. The method involved only simple analytical instruments. Since acidic washing solution was used, unfavorable effects of interfering ions were avoided.
