SIEMENS数控车床上通用双曲线零件加工程序的编制

摘    要:随着双曲线类零件的广泛应用,尤其是在玻璃模具行业,为了保证其加工精度和效率,采用数控车床加工是有必要的。然而大多数SIEMENS数控车床都不能加工双曲线,一般都是采用R参数来完成,大都是一种零件编写一个加工程序,这样带来了极大的不方便。介绍了SIEMENS数控车床通用双曲线加工程序的编制方法,对今后实际生产具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Since the hyperbolic parts,especially dies for glassware,are widely used,it is necessary to use the Computerized numerically controlled (CNC) lathe for machining the parts to ensure the machining precision and efficiency. However,most of the SIEMENS CNC lathes are not capable of machining hyperbolic curves.These kinds of curves are usually machined by applying the method using parameter R,i.e. one program for one part,which is inconvenient.In order to solve the problem,a universal programming method for machining hyperbolic parts in SIEMENS NC lathes is proposed in this paper.
