响应面法优化沙棘中熊果酸提取工艺

摘    要:利用响应面分析法对沙棘中熊果酸的提取工艺进行优化。以提取果汁和沙棘籽后的沙棘果皮渣为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,选取对熊果酸浸出率影响较大的因素,利用统计软件SAS中响应面分析法Box-Behnken中心组合设计,以浸出率为参考指标,得出熊果酸最佳提取工艺参数为:萃取压力为22.5MPa,萃取温度为40.4℃、CO2流量为23.3L.h-1。在此条件下熊果酸浸出率为:374mg/100g。

Optimizing Extraction Technique of Ursolic Acid from Seabuckthon by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract:Response surface method(RSM) was used to optimize ursolic acid extraction process from seabuckthorn industry.On the basis of single factor experiments,greater impact factor for ursolic acid extraction was selected,which had extracted from marc of seabuckthorn juice and seeds as the raw material.According to the central composite design,three factors and three levels of RSM were used,leaching rate as the reference indicators,and ursolic acid optimum extraction parameters: extraction pressure 22.5 Mpa,extraction temperature 40.4 ℃,CO2 flow rate 23.3 L·h-1.Under these conditions,leaching rate of ursolic acid was 374mg/100g.
