摘    要:当前我国糯玉米主要用作鲜食,但生产上应用的糯玉米品种符合鲜食要求的不多,育种者在品质性状方面不够重视,研究较少,从而影响了糯玉米的食用品质、商品价值和产业化发展。对糯玉米的品质性状的构成和评价、品质性状的研究进展进行了综述。探索鲜食糯玉米品质的鉴定标准和检测技术,拓展种质资源,应用生物技术改良品质,加强糯玉米品质的遗传规律研究是现今我国鲜食型糯玉米育种及产业化发展的重要方向。
