| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是加快农村图书馆建设的重要机遇。文章通过背景分析和问题剖析，提出了加快新农村图书馆建设的对策，强调要建立以政府为主导的多元化投入机制和多样化办馆模式，并结合实际提出6种社会力量兴办农村图书馆的有效方法和8种办馆模式。

| Abstract: | The new socialist rural area construction is an important opportunity to speed up the pace of rural library construction. On the basis of background and problem analysis, the author has proposed countermeasures on speeding up new rural library construction in this paper. It is essential to construct a multiple investment mechanism and diversified running models dominated by the government, and put forward an effective method and 8 running models in running rural area libraries by 6 social forces. |
