丽格海棠扦插繁殖技术

摘    要:在塑料小拱棚下进行丽格海棠嫩枝扦插分别用不同浓度的IBA和NAA处理,以IBA100 mg·L^-1效果最好,生根率达97.77%,通过对珍珠岩、蛭石、泥炭及2份轻质泥炭+1份珍珠岩的混合基质等4种扦插基质进行扦插,得出扦插繁殖的最佳组合为:2份轻质泥炭或1份珍珠岩作扦插基质,基质温度20~25℃,pH 5.5~6.5。

Abstract:The experiment of softwood cutting of Rieger begonia with different content of IBA and NAA in the plastic canopy was conducted. The result showed the best effect was with IBA 100 mg, L^-1 ,which root rate was 97.77%. The results of four different medium experiment indicated that the optimal one was 2 light quality peat coal and 1 pearlite as the cutting medium,which temperature was 20~25℃ and pH 5.5~6.5.
