摘    要:试验研究了不同处理、不同水平小麦麸对蛋用雏鸡体重、采食量、肝脏和胰脏硒含量的影响。结果表明,饲粮中含不同水平的小麦麸可使雏鸡体重及采食最显著高于对照组(无小麦麸,P<0.05);不同处理饲粮中小麦麸对雏鸡体重及采食量无明显影响。饲粮中不同水平(24%、32%、40%)小麦麸对肝脏硒含量及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性有影响;试验组鸡肝脏中硒含量及GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。饲粮中不同处理的小麦麸对鸡肝脏硒含量有影响;纤维素酶解和酸化处理小麦麸使鸡肝脏硒含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各种处理对鸡胰脏硒含量影响不明显。

Abstract:Effect of wheat bran with different methods (expanding, Ex; alkalization, Al; acidation, Ac; cellulase, Ce) and 8, 16, 24, 32 and 40% wheatbran levels on Weights, consumptions, and Se concentrations in tissues of Young Chicken were studied in the experiments. The results showed that weights and consumptions were significatly higher in various levels than those of the control (P<0.05). Se concentrations in liver and Gsh-px activity in blood were greatly higher in the feed with 24%, 32%, and 40% wheat bran than those of the control (P<0.05). Se concentration in liver were much increased with treatments of Ac and Ce (P<0.05).
