| 摘 要： | 将192只体重、年龄相同的蛋种鸡随机分成4组,按每 kg 体重分别每天喂给20、30、40、0mg 喹乙醇,连续3天,停药后收集种蛋5天进行孵化。结果表明,种蛋受精率、孵化前期死胚率各组无显著(P>0.05)差异。孵化后期死胚率,毛蛋率和受精蛋孵化率在添加20mg 组与对照组间也无显著差异,但其它组差异显著(P<0.05),极显著(P<0.01),且随添加剂量增加致害作用加剧。

| Abstract: | In the experiment,the dosages of 20,30,40 and 0 mg Olaquindox/kgbody weight.Day were respectively given to group1,2,3 and 4.The results showed:there were nosignificant differences about the fertility of eggs and embryo mortality within 10 days ofincubation among the groups.About the embryo mortality during hatching time,andhatchability,there were no significant(P>0.05)differences between group 1 and 4,how-ever among the others there were significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)differences.Thegreater the difference,the bigger the dosage of Olaquindox. |
