摘    要:采用N-谐波法对S1110H型柴油机现有凸轮型线进行了精确的拟合,其误差在0.001mm以内,并用单自由度的质量-弹簧模型进行了动力学计算,深入分析了其存在问题。重新设计了一种新的FB2(复合摆线式)配合凸轮,比较了两种凸轮的优劣,并且指出了在凸轮设计中需要注意的问题。

Redesign and Improving of the S1110 Diesel Engine Cam's Profile
Abstract:By N-harmonic method a precise imitation has been made for the S1110 style diesel engine Cam's profile, with the error within 0.001mm. By using single freedom mass-spring model, a dynamic calculation was done. Through analysing problems, redesigns a new FB2(complex cycloid ) inlet and exhaust cam, and makes a comparasion between the old and the new one. Finally the author points out several problems which should be paid attention in cam design.
