摘    要:为了解决烟草耕整地与施肥、覆膜时多道工序重复用工的问题,实现机械化作业,降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。通过理论分析和试验探索,研制出与东风-151型或工农-121型手扶拖拉机配套的YS-1GVFM-125A型起垄施肥铺膜联合作业机。该机采用反转旋耕起垄、搅笼输送施肥、压槽盖土覆膜,能在平板田上进行一次性起垄、施肥、覆膜联合作业。通过性能检测和试验验证,该机作业效果基本能达到烟草农艺要求,能极显著提高作业效率、降低劳动强度和作业成本,且对烤烟产质量不产生明显影响;使用该机进行耕作,无需调整施氮量、氮肥基追肥比等烤烟施肥措施,提早施肥耕作时间不宜超过移栽前30天;但该机对耕作土壤水分要求较普通起垄机稍高。

Abstract:

In order to solve the existing problem of the repeat labor in multistage cultivating process, realize mechanized farming, lower labor intensity and increase productivity. Based on the theoretical analysis as well as experimental explore, YS-1GVFM-125A type combine machine of ridging, fertilizing and film covering has been developed matching the DF-151 or GN-121 type walking tractor. This machine is used to form ridge by up-cut rotary tillage, apply fertilizer by mixer, and cover film by pressure slot, and it could realize one off combined operation of ridging, fertilizing and film covering. The performance test and experimental verification showed that the performance indexes of this machine are accord with tobacco agricultural requirements, and it could very significantly increase productivity, lower labor intensity and activity cost, and had no significantly influence on yield and quality of nicotiana tabacum. The operation of this machine doesn’t need to adjust the flue-cured tobacco fertilization measures about nitrogen rate, dressing tobacco and so on, and the predate time of the operation is inaptitude to exceed 30 days before transplantation, and the requirement of the soil moisture is slightly higher than general ridger.
