| 摘 要： | 目的]建立采用高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中赤藓糖醇的方法。方法]采用Alltech Prevail Carbohydrate ES色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈∶水(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测器为RI 2000。结果]线性范围为10~100μg,相关系数r=0.997,RSD=2.12%(n=7),样品回收率在99.3%~103.2%。结论]建立了采用高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中赤藓糖醇的方法,该法分析准确,快速,灵敏度高,重现性好。

HPLC Determination of Erythritol in the Broth |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for determination of erythritol in broth.Method] The content of erythritol in broth was determined by HPLC on an Alltech Prevail Carbohydrate ES column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(75∶25).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detector was RI 2000.Result] The liner range for the content of erythritol was 10-100 μg,r=0.997,the recovery was 99.3%-103.2% and RSD was 2.12%(n=7).Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and is suitable for the determination of erythritol. |
