发酵沼液对黄瓜灰霉病抑制机理研究

摘    要:进行发酵沼液对黄瓜灰霉病抑制机理研究,试验结果表明,发酵沼液在室内对黄瓜灰霉病菌有很好的抑制作用,且对灰霉病菌孢子形成及萌发有较强的抑制作用,镜检观察到发酵沼液造成灰霉病菌菌丝发生断裂、扭曲、分枝增多,产生的分生孢子数量明显少于对照。结合药前、药后的病情指数分析得出,发酵沼液在田间只减缓了黄瓜灰霉病发病进程,并未起到一定的控制作用。

Abstract:Inhibitory mechanism of Biogas slurry was studied.The results showed that Biogas slurry had a good antimicrobial effects against Botrytis cinerea Pers..Biogas slurry suppressed spore germination strongly and affected grown of B.cinerea,which became fragmentation,switch,more spore was less significantly than CK.The results of disease index indicated that Biogas slurry made the disease process more slowly in field,but didn't have any control effects.
