| Abstract: | Researches on adventitious bud regeneration of balsam pear are reviewed. The factors affecting regeneration such as genotype, explants, plant growth regulators,medium appendents and culture method are summarized. The future research direction is put out according to existing problems in balsam pear tissue culture. |
