家蚕5龄幼虫蛋白质代谢研究初探

摘    要:家蚕幼虫5龄期间蛋白质含量的变化约为体重变化的3倍,整个蚕体的蛋白质含量在第3和第4天之间有一个明显的突增。分析相应的蛋白水解酶活力变化,发现酶活力呈现先升后降的变化趋势,在第4和第5天时活力达到峰值。进一步提取血液、消化液以及脂肪体蛋白水解酶进行研究,结果表明血液和消化液蛋白水解酶的活力变化与蚕体消化、吸收和转化桑叶蛋白的生理进程基本一致。

Abstract:The change of protein content was about triple of the weight change during the 5~th instar of silkworm,Bombyx mori,and the protein content was rapidly increased between the 3rd and 4th day. By analysing the activities of the proteinases,we found that the activities raised at first,then decreased,and the peak appeared at 4th and 5th day. Furthermore,the proteinases in blood,digestive fluid and fat body were studied respectively,and the results showed that the changes of the proteinases activities in blood and digestive fluid corresponded with the mulberry proteins metabolism in the larvae.
